Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Replenish (the "Service"), provided by The Mature RN. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Not medical care

Replenish is a self-care and educational companion. It is not medical, psychological, or clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Never disregard professional advice because of something in the Service. If you are in crisis or may be a danger to yourself or others, contact emergency services — in the US, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Your account

We sign you in with a one-time email link. Keep access to your email secure; you're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at sales@thematurern.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Subscriptions, trials & billing

Some features (such as cross-device sync) require a paid subscription or a valid license key.
Paid plans may begin with a free trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription converts to paid and renews automatically each period until cancelled.
You can cancel anytime through the billing portal (Stripe) or your Payhip account; access continues until the end of the current period.
Refunds: Monthly plans are non-refundable; you can cancel anytime to stop future charges, and you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period. For annual plans, if you cancel partway through your year, you may request a prorated refund for the unused full months remaining, within 30 days of the charge — just email us. Because all plans begin with a 7-day free trial, you can also try Replenish fully before any payment.
Prices may change; we'll give reasonable notice before changes affect you.

License keys

If you unlock the Service with a license key, the key is for your personal use and may be limited to a set number of accounts or devices. Don't share or resell keys.

Acceptable use

Use the Service for your own personal wellbeing.
Don't resell, redistribute, or attempt to circumvent access controls.
Don't misuse the Service or interfere with its operation or security.

Your content

You own the entries you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and sync them so we can provide the Service to you. We don't sell your content.

Intellectual property

The Service itself — its design, text, and code — belongs to The Mature RN and may not be copied or redistributed except as allowed by law.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Mature RN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, US, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll revise the date above and provide notice of material changes where appropriate. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
