This Privacy Policy explains how The Mature RN ("we", "us") handles information when you use Replenish (the "Service"). We built Replenish to help, and we treat your information with the same care.
The short version
You can use the tools without an account, and that data stays on your device. If you create an account to sync across devices, we store your entries so they're available to you everywhere. We don't sell your data, we don't run ads, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
What we collect
Account details: your email address, used to sign you in and contact you about your account.
Content you choose to save: the entries you create — check-ins, trigger logs, meaningful moments, support-map contacts, notes, and similar. These can be personal. Please don't enter information that identifies specific patients or clients.
Billing information: handled by our payment providers (Stripe and/or Payhip). We never see or store full card numbers.
Basic technical data: standard logs (such as IP address and device/browser type) collected by our hosting and infrastructure providers to keep the Service running and secure.
How we use it
To provide the Service and sync your entries across your devices.
To process subscriptions or license activations.
To respond to support requests and protect against abuse.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
Who processes your data
We use trusted providers to operate the Service:
Supabase — accounts and database (where synced entries are stored).
Stripe and/or Payhip — payment processing and licensing.
Netlify — website and serverless hosting.
Google Fonts — fonts served from Google's servers.
These providers may process data in the United States or other countries. Each maintains its own privacy and security practices.
Storage in your browser
Replenish stores your entries and your sign-in session in your browser's local storage so the app works smoothly and offline. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices and rights
Export: download all your saved data as a file from the account menu.
Delete your data: clear your saved entries from your device and the cloud.
Delete your account: permanently remove your account, data, and cancel any subscription.
Depending on where you live (e.g., the EU/UK or California), you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete your information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at sales@thematurern.com.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Replenish is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the date above and, for significant changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
